Registration
PAYMENT OF FEES All Registration fees are due at the time of registration Those who cannot meet this expense should speak to the Chairperson, Mike Long. You can contact him at OLASPORTS@aol.com. No child will be will be unreasonably turned away because of an inability to meet fee obligations, but you must review this matter with the Chairperson. If you have a balance owed to OLA Sports from a prior year, you must pay off your balance before and the current year’s fees before your child can participate. Again, if you need to arrange a payment schedule, then please speak to the Chairperson, Mike Long to arrange it. Payments must be made to the Treasurer at registration. Payment may also be made by checks only by placing it with your completed registration form in a sealed envelope addressed to OLA Sports in the Rectory mailbox 7320 4th Avenue. Payments should NOT be given to coaches. Coaches provide invaluable services to our program but we do not want to add responsibility for registration / fee collection to their workload. No separate collections will be made for jerseys or uniforms as these cost are included in the registration fee. VOLUNTEERS Parents and guardians are expected to volunteer their time to help the Sports Program run smoothly. There are several circumstances in which volunteers are needed.
